Swallows & Amazons is about fun and physical activity in a play environment; it’s games and challenges targeted at 6-9 year old boys and girls.

While the sessions are perfectly suitable for those who already play sport, they’re also aimed at those who don’t. Swallows & Amazons is designed to introduce basic sporting skills into fun activities without too much emphasis on anything athletic or competitive.

It provides the essential building blocks – balance, co-ordination, reactions, speed, and resilience – through running, throwing, lifting, kicking, catching and hitting (a ball!).
