Time zone: London
Reminder: 12 hours before
Ends: 10:00pm (duration is about 2 hours)

As announced at the AGM in January, the annual meeting will now take place earlier to comply with company law requirements.

The agenda is shown in the attached image and can also be found under the Documents section of the App.

Please note that all members of the Club are encouraged to attend. Under the new Club structure, only members of Staplehurst Cricket & Tennis Club Limited are eligible to stand for election or vote but all are welcome to participate in the meeting at the discretion of the President.

Nominations for all the Club officer posts are open and a nomination form can also be found under Documents on the App. It can also obtained from the bar. Nominations close on Wednesday November 27 (8.15pm).

In accordance with the new arrangements, one of the ‘other directors’ is required to offer themselves for re-election, by rotation, each year for a four year term. Di Berry’s term as an ‘other director’, coinciding with her term as President, is scheduled to end but she has indicated her willingness to offer her nomination as ‘other director’ for a further four years. The post is also open for further nomination.

If you are interested in more information on one of the roles, please don’t hesitate to ask any of the existing Club officers.

Please do your best to attend this important meeting but if you are unable, let the Company Secretary, John Robins, know in advance by emailing members@staplehurstcricket.com and he will register your apologies to the meeting.
