Our friends at B3 Cricket have opened up their Lockdown Club to junior cricketers at the Club aged 10-18. And it’s FREE!
The programme will launch on Saturday January 28th so REGISTER NOW to get an email explaining the programme in more depth and your personal link to the first weekly Lockdown Club Video Show.
Each week the show will explain the Session Plan to carry out at home. You will also get a PDF brochure which explains things in more detail. it will contain links to videos showing the drills and activities you need to do and how to do them properly.
THE LOCKDOWN CLUB COACHES
The programme will be led by Eddie Burke, a former Regional Talent Manager for the England & Wales Cricket Board and a Level 4 coach.
Eddie has designed the Lockdown Club Programme which we will deliver each week. He will also be assisted by several specialist coaches including:
• Batting: Paul Johnson – Was ex. Nottinghamshire batting legend and current coach at Leicestershire CCC.
• Spin Bowling: Peter Such – Played for Notts, Essex and England before turning to coaching. He is a world class spin coach.
• Pace Bowling: Steve Kirby – Highly regarded as one of the best up and coming pace bowling coaches in the UK. He’s worked with the MCC Young Cricketers, Derbyshire CCC and is now at Somerset CCC.
• Wicket Keeping: Chris Read – The former Notts and England ‘keeper is now one of the country’s top wicket keeping coaches.
MASTERCLASS WEBINARS
As well as the weekly programme, there will also be several Masterclass Webinars with a variety of current professionals, ex-legends and top cricket coaches, who will share their experience and insights into the game.
