Staplehurst play Chestfield.....and so much more

Staplehurst Sunday Village League XI are playing a league match today against Chestfield at Staplehurst.

The start of play has been brought forward to 12 noon because of the Cricket World Cup final which will be showing on the big screen.

You can keep uptodate with Staplehurst’s progress on Live Scores on the Club App. England’s progress can be followed on the England Cricket button on the App.

The game will follow the Mid-Kent 5 mile run taking place from the ground. There is a record entry expected of around 500 runners. The starting pistol is fired at 9.00 am.

The bar will be open from 12 noon. There will also be food stalls on the ground for the run.

And we also have our Wimbledon Family Fun Day with the opportunity to test your serve speed and play against the ball machine. Come along between 9.30am and 12 noon.

Parking during the race will be strictly limited so please come early or after 10.30am……or on foot.
