Please note that all members of the Club are encouraged to attend. Under the new Club structure, approved at the EGM in June, only members of Staplehurst Cricket & Tennis Club Limited are eligible to stand for election or vote but all are welcome to participate in the meeting at the discretion of the President.
In accordance with the new arrangements, one of the other directors is required to offer themselves for re-election, by rotation, each year for a four year term. However, Brian Humphries has indicated that he does not wish to re-stand and this post is also open for nomination.
You will also see that we are asked to approve the new Club by-laws and code of conduct and the draft document can be found here
